Data center operator AirTrunk has delayed plans for an initial public offering of its Singapore real estate investment trust until next year, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
Bloomberg said the company pushed back the timetable amid concerns that higher interest rates and market volatility could weigh on investor demand.
The Blackstone-backed company had planned to gauge investor interest in early October but opted to defer the listing until next year following a deterioration in investor sentiment after a U.S. interest-rate increase in September, the report noted.
AirTrunk did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
