ASML (ASML) will increase prices by 10% for replacement parts used in its extreme ultraviolet and deep ultraviolet lithography systems supplied to South Korea, starting in January 2027, The Elec reported Sunday, citing industry sources.

Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix (SKHY) accepted the increase, which covers consumables and major replacement components, following discussions with ASML, according to the report.

ASML is also discussing equipment price increases with major customers, the report added.

ASML, Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
