Eroad (NZE:ERD, ASX:ERD) said John Scott's tenure as executive chair has concluded following the appointment of David Leach as chief executive, effective Monday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
Scott will revert to his role as chair, the company said.
The transport technology company's New Zealand shares shed 1% in recent Monday trade.
