SuperRobotics anticipates over-20% reduction in interim net loss on higher revenue and lower finance costs

SuperRobotics Holdings Limited expects its unaudited consolidated net loss for the six months ended 30 June 2026 to narrow by more than 20% from the HK$12.21 million loss recorded in the same period of 2025, according to a preliminary results announcement published on 26 August 2026.

Management attributes the improvement to three main factors: 1. Increased revenue during the period; 2. A corresponding rise in gross profit; and 3. Lower finance costs.

Based on the 20% reduction threshold, the forthcoming interim loss should be below approximately HK$9.77 million, although final figures remain subject to completion of the Group’s unaudited results, scheduled for release by end-August 2026.

The Board advises shareholders and prospective investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares while the interim results are being finalised.
