Shangri-La Asia Posts 53.6% Surge in First-Half Profit to $88.98 Million

Shangri-La Asia (00069) has released its interim results for the 2026 fiscal year, reporting a notable increase in profitability as revenue growth continues across its core business segments.

The company recorded revenue of $1.124 billion for the period, marking a 6.4% increase year-on-year. Profit attributable to owners of the company reached $88.982 million, up 53.6% from the corresponding period last year. Basic earnings per share stood at 2.50 US cents, with an interim dividend of 5 HK cents per share declared.

The overall revenue growth was primarily driven by higher contributions from both hotel operations and investment properties, which posted year-on-year increases in combined revenue during the reporting period.
