Sihuan Pharmaceutical Announces HK$8.11 Million Share Buy-Back; H1 2026 Net Profit Surges 221%

Sihuan Pharmaceutical Holdings Group Ltd. (Sihuan Pharmaceutical) has executed an on-market repurchase of 10.00 million shares on 27 August 2026 under the general mandate approved at the 6 June 2025 annual general meeting. The shares were bought at an average price of HK$0.8111 each, bringing the aggregate consideration to approximately HK$8.11 million and representing about 0.1096% of the company’s issued share capital. The repurchased shares will be held as treasury stock for potential future sale or transfer.

Management stated that the action reflects confidence in the company’s intrinsic value and aligns with shareholder interests.

Operationally, Sihuan Pharmaceutical reported continued improvement in its first-half 2026 results: • Revenue reached RMB1.16 billion, up 1.3% year on year. • Net profit rose sharply to RMB212.00 million, a 221% increase. • The medical aesthetics division remained the primary growth driver, contributing RMB693.00 million in revenue, up 18.5% year on year.

The group highlighted an expanding product pipeline, ongoing overseas registration efforts, cooperation with more than 9,000 medical-aesthetics institutions, and increased equity in Meiyan Space as core elements of its growth strategy. Management reiterated that medical aesthetics and innovative drugs will remain the company’s focus, while non-core assets are being divested to optimize resources.

Sihuan Pharmaceutical, founded in 2001 and listed in Hong Kong since 2010, positions itself as an innovation-led medical aesthetics and biopharmaceutical company with integrated R&D, production, and sales capabilities.
