July’s contribution represents approximately 13.8% of the seven-month total. The year-to-date figure includes revenue from key projects such as Changsha Meixi Lake International New City, Nanjing Qinglong Mountain International Ecological New City, and Shanghai Hengmian City Operation, among others.

As at 31 July 2026, subscribed—yet-to-be-contracted—property sales amounted to RMB602.00 million, providing an additional pipeline for future revenue recognition.
