Hygeia Healthcare buys back 33,600 shares for HK$0.34 million; outstanding share count trimmed to 606.64 million

Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited carried out an on-market repurchase of 33,600 ordinary shares on 21 July 2026. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$10.24 to HK$10.25, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK$10.2481 per share and an aggregate consideration of HK$0.34 million.

The transaction represents 0.0055% of Hygeia Healthcare’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at 20 July 2026. All repurchased shares are being retained as treasury stock, lifting the company’s treasury holding to 11.86 million shares, while the number of shares in issue (excluding treasury) decreased to 606.64 million. Total issued share capital remains unchanged at 618.50 million shares.

The buyback was executed under a mandate approved at the 26 June 2026 shareholders’ meeting, which authorises the repurchase of up to 60.77 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.10 million shares, equivalent to 0.1815% of the share base on the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Hygeia Healthcare is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 20 August 2026.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules, legal requirements and internal approvals.
