Aspial Corporation Limited (A30) said on Oct, 12 2026 that it has entered into a series of interested-person transactions (IPTs) worth about 39.906 million Singapore dollars for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026. The dealings involve entities linked to controlling shareholders and directors, including chief executive officer Koh Wee Seng and related companies such as Aspial Lifestyle, AF Global, World Class Global and several joint-venture vehicles.

The disclosed figure equals roughly 7.51 % of the group’s audited net tangible assets of 531.396 million Singapore dollars as at Dec, 31 2025. After excluding joint-venture loans, guarantees and proportionate equity subscriptions that qualify for exemption under Singapore Exchange rules, the value of relevant IPTs stands at about 15.343 million Singapore dollars, or 2.89 % of net tangible assets—below the 5 % threshold that would require shareholder approval.

Aspial’s audit committee reviewed the terms of the loans, guarantees and equity injections, concluding they are on normal commercial terms and not prejudicial to the interests of the company or its minority shareholders.

No directors or substantial shareholders, other than those named as interested persons, hold any additional direct or indirect interests in the transactions, the company added.
