PROSPEROUSPRINT (08385) announced that on March 23, 2026, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Jade View Limited, entered into a memorandum of understanding for coupon services cooperation with Missophy (Hong Kong) Limited. According to the MOU, during the initial three-year term, Jade View and Missophy will collaborate to provide digital coupons and related information technology services through the platform operated by Missophy. Under the agreement, Jade View will be responsible for: (i) promoting and marketing the platform across 11 Southeast Asian countries; (ii) sourcing clients to join the platform and supplying digital coupons to be included on the platform; (iii) conducting commercial discussions and negotiations with its clients; (iv) assisting clients with application and platform interface design; and (v) managing all client engagement matters related to the platform. Meanwhile, Missophy will: (i) grant Jade View exclusive rights to promote and market the platform in the 11 Southeast Asian countries; (ii) provide its digital coupon services, including near-field communication coupon services; (iii) supply digital expertise and related IT services for the platform; and (iv) assist Jade View in meeting client requirements. Revenue generated from the cooperation will be shared between the parties. Through Jade View, the Group aims to leverage its market strengths in Southeast Asia to explore business opportunities in the media sector. The Board believes that the MOU will enable the Group to optimize resource allocation, drive the development of its printing and media businesses, enhance its competitiveness in the media sector, and improve its financial performance and profitability, which aligns with the overall interests of the Company and its shareholders.
