The two companies will focus on optimizing energy efficiency for humanoid robots and developing products that deliver low power consumption with extended battery life. The partnership aims to accelerate the large-scale deployment of SiC power devices in the emerging field of embodied intelligent robotics.
According to the board, this strategic collaboration is expected to position the company to tap into the rapidly growing humanoid robot sector, foster the adoption of SiC power devices in new application areas, and leverage embodied intelligent robots within its semiconductor production lines to boost manufacturing efficiency while lowering production costs.
