JD Industrials (07618) and Nanjing XinZhiLian Technology Information Co., Ltd. ("XinZhiLian"), a subsidiary of NISCO, officially inked a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing on August 21. This partnership elevates their collaboration from simple business linkage to a comprehensive, system-level strategic synergy.

The two entities will jointly engage in deep development across eight key dimensions: product supply chains, service supply chains, supply chain finance, e-procurement planning, AI-enhanced procurement, overseas supply chains, and green supply chains. This initiative marks a new chapter in the digital intelligent procurement of industrial goods within the CITIC system, aiming to establish a benchmark for digital procurement among central state-owned enterprises.

XinZhiLian serves as the exclusive industrial goods fulfillment platform designated by the CITIC Group, shouldering the core mission of digital procurement across the group's industrial operations. Backed by the group's substantial resources, it integrates cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain, AI, and big data, consolidating diverse ecosystem resources to build an open, collaborative, and intelligent industrial procurement platform. Its XinCai Marketplace has completed standardized integrations with mainstream e-commerce platforms like JD.com, enabling cross-platform inventory sharing and price synchronization. The platform covers tens of millions of SKUs, including office supplies, hardware tools, safety protection gear, electrical components, fasteners, laboratory products, and fresh produce, providing group enterprises with full-chain, visualized procurement supply chain management. It currently serves multiple group entities, including CITIC Special Steel, NISCO Group, CITIC Dicastal, and CITIC Energy, establishing a broad "procurement symbiosis network."

According to the strategic agreement, JD Industrials will provide XinZhiLian with dedicated fulfillment services. This includes opening exclusive product supply channels and offering priority delivery, specialized quality assurance, and customized payment terms to meet the differentiated procurement needs of enterprises across CITIC Group's diverse sectors, including manufacturing, infrastructure, and energy. By promoting the interconnection of fulfillment data and leveraging its advanced digital and intelligent technologies, JD Industrials will offer XinZhiLian intelligent decision-making support in areas such as demand forecasting, inventory alerts, and cost optimization. This collaboration aims to collectively enhance fulfillment efficiency within the CITIC system and reduce overall procurement costs and capital occupancy across the industrial chain.

The partners will focus on creating cooperation benchmarks in key supply chain areas within CITIC Group. Combining JD Industrials' Taipu digital-physical integrated supply chain solutions with the needs of key CITIC enterprises, they will jointly develop an integrated supply chain solution encompassing "fulfillment platform + product services + intelligent control." Through digital platforms and AI applications, this initiative seeks to resolve enterprise procurement supply chain challenges, delivering value in compliance, cost reduction, supply assurance, and efficiency improvement through digitalized supply chains.

Regarding the digital and intelligent operation of supply chain procurement, JD Industrials will fully leverage its Taipu solution capabilities and digital technology expertise in the MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) and spare parts sectors. This will drive the intelligent upgrade of XinZhiLian's supply chain ecosystem, developing digital applications and smart compliance monitoring for its marketplace. The goal is to assist XinZhiLian in becoming a "trusted comprehensive service provider of supply chain digital solutions."

In terms of joint innovation and expansion, both parties will engage in deep cooperation on the digital transformation of industrial supply chains, intelligent fulfillment services, industrial ecosystem construction, green and low-carbon supply chains, and industry-trusted data spaces. They will explore new models, develop new products, and create industry benchmark cases to lead the direction of digital development in industrial supply chains. For ecosystem synergy, they will promote resource sharing and complementary advantages to build an open, win-win digital service ecosystem for industrial supply chains, achieving business growth and enhanced industry influence together.

This deepened strategic partnership leverages the resource advantages of both sides to fulfill national industrial digital transformation strategies. By utilizing CITIC Group's industrial scenarios, they aim to create replicable benchmarks for digitalized industrial supply chains.
