REPT BATTERO (00666) has announced a leadership change, with Ms. Zhang Xiao stepping down from her roles effective August 26, 2026. She resigned as joint company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and authorized representative for accepting service of process and notices in Hong Kong as stipulated by Rule 19A.13(2) and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622).

Ms. Cong Lin has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from August 26, 2026. Ms. Cong meets the qualifications for company secretary under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules. Dr. Wu Yanjun will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary and authorized representative.
