Yan Palace repurchases 18,000 H shares at HK$6.195, treasury stock rises to 3.96 million

On 26 August 2026, Xiamen Yan Palace Bird’s Nest Industry Co., Ltd. conducted an on-market buyback of 18,000 H shares at a fixed price of HK$6.195 per share, paying a total consideration of HK$0.11 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 461.55 million to 461.54 million, while treasury holdings grew from 3.95 million to 3.96 million. The company’s overall share capital remained unchanged at 465.50 million shares.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 11 May 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 46.17 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Yan Palace has repurchased 157,600 shares under this mandate—equivalent to 0.03 % of the issuer’s share count on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares is in effect through 25 September 2026.
