Shares of BOSS ZHIPIN-W (02076) climbed more than 7% in Hong Kong trading on Thursday, with the stock last up 7.04% at HK$63.90, recording turnover of HK$4.83 million.
The rally follows the company's release of its fiscal second-quarter results on August 25, which showed revenue of RMB 2.399 billion, representing a 14.1% year-on-year increase and a notable acceleration from the prior quarter. Revenue derived from corporate clients' recruitment services reached RMB 2.384 billion, up 14.7% year-on-year and accounting for 99.4% of total revenue.
For the quarter, BOSS ZHIPIN-W posted an operating profit of RMB 863 million, up 32.6% year-on-year, while adjusted operating profit came in at RMB 1.05 billion. Over the twelve months ended June 30, 2026, the number of paying corporate clients reached 7.2 million, representing a 10.8% increase from the same period last year.
Additionally, the company unveiled a dividend plan totaling $230 million, to be funded entirely from its existing cash reserves. Following the payout, cumulative shareholder returns for the year, including both dividends and share buybacks, will exceed 100% of the company's adjusted net profit from the prior year.
