The company worked to consolidate its user foundation, refine risk models, and improve operational efficiency, driving further improvements in risk control performance and operational metrics. Looking ahead, the company will more prudently balance business growth, risk management, and capital allocation, while executing its overseas expansion strategy with a high degree of discipline and careful consideration of risk and capital investment to ensure favorable returns.

Xu Zuoli, Chief Financial Officer, commented that amid deepening industry adjustments and intensifying market volatility, the company remains committed to prioritizing asset quality and operational efficiency. A solid financial position allows the company to respond flexibly to the current challenging market environment while continuing to advance its long-term growth strategy. Concurrently, the company has adopted a more cautious approach to capital allocation, focusing on refined operations to further enhance overall efficiency.

Zheng Yan, Chief Risk Officer, noted that during the quarter, the company's risk indicators improved steadily, reflecting the effectiveness of its efforts to adapt to changing market conditions and continuously strengthen risk control strategies. Among key leading indicators, the first-day delinquency rate stood at 5.6%, while the 30-day recovery rate reached 88.1%. In recent months, tighter industry funding conditions have intensified risk fluctuations, and the company has responded decisively by tightening risk control standards, optimizing user mix, and refining collection strategies to reduce overall risk exposure.
