Go Up Education Technology Limited (“GO UP EDU TECH”) announced on 31 July 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Annual Report, the circular of the same date, the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the Form of Proxy are now available on both the company website (www.goup-edtech.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).
The company is urging shareholders to access these materials online and has outlined the following key arrangements:
• Electronic access preferred: Registered shareholders are strongly encouraged to read the “Website Version” of the current and all future corporate communications. • Printed copies on request: Shareholders who have previously opted for hard copies—or who are unable to access the digital versions—may request printed documents free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email to 8269-ecom@vistra.com. • Email registration: Shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address. Without it, the company will continue to send notices and actionable communications in printed form only. Updates or new email addresses should be submitted using the same Reply Form and channels described above. • Enquiry support: For assistance, shareholders may contact the registrar’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
The notification reiterates that “Corporate Communications” encompass all documents issued for shareholder or public information—including annual, interim and quarterly reports, notices of meeting, prospectuses, circulars and proxy forms—while “Actionable Corporate Communications” refer to documents that request shareholder instructions on exercising rights.
These distribution arrangements comply with Hong Kong’s listing rules on corporate communications and aim to improve efficiency and environmental sustainability by prioritising electronic dissemination. Shareholders wishing to continue receiving printed materials must submit a new written request before the end of GO UP EDU TECH’s next financial year or upon any change of preference.
