Yixin holds share capital steady at 6.81 billion; adds 0.98 million-share buyback for HK$1.25 million

Yixin Group Limited (Yixin) disclosed to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that its issued share capital remained unchanged at 6.81 billion ordinary shares as of 27 August 2026, with no treasury shares outstanding.

On 27 August 2026, the company repurchased 0.98 million shares on the Exchange at prices between HK$1.275 and HK$1.28, spending HK$1.25 million in aggregate. The repurchased shares are intended for cancellation and have not yet been removed from the issued share count.

Since the current buy-back mandate was approved on 23 April 2026, Yixin has acquired a cumulative 13.23 million shares—equivalent to 0.20% of the share base at the mandate date—against an authorised limit of 678.72 million shares.

Under Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), the latest transaction triggers a 30-day moratorium on new share issues, lasting until 26 September 2026.

Following the latest purchase, total issued shares remain at 6.81 billion pending formal cancellation of the 13.23 million shares accumulated through the programme.
