Kader Holdings Company Limited has issued a profit warning, projecting a consolidated net loss of between HK$135 million and HK$145 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The anticipated shortfall compares with a HK$93.00 million loss recorded in the corresponding period of 2025, indicating a year-on-year deterioration of approximately 45%–56%.
Management attributes the deeper loss primarily to: 1. A deficit arising from the revaluation of the Group’s investment properties. 2. Adverse exchange rate movements affecting foreign-currency exposures.
The figures are derived from unaudited management accounts and have neither been reviewed by the Audit Committee nor audited by the external auditors. Formal interim results are scheduled for release by the end of August 2026.
Kader Holdings cautions shareholders and potential investors to exercise prudence when dealing in the company’s shares.
