AV Concept Holdings Limited disclosed a fresh on-market share repurchase on 26 August 2026, acquiring 6.22 million ordinary shares at prices ranging from HKD 1.29 to HKD 1.315 per share. The volume-weighted average cost was HKD 1.3128, bringing the aggregate consideration to HKD 8.16 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.72% to 859.78 million shares. Treasury stock rose from 9.00 million to 15.22 million shares, while the total number of issued shares, including treasury holdings, remained unchanged at 875.00 million.
The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 5 September 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 90.87 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 48.88 million shares, equivalent to 5.38% of the issued share base on the mandate date, leaving 41.99 million shares still available for buyback.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, AV Concept Holdings is subject to a 30-day moratorium—lasting until 25 September 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following the latest repurchase. All repurchased shares continue to be held as treasury stock and have not been cancelled.
