In recent years, the city has been deeply implementing its "Logistics+" strategy, strengthening links between upstream and downstream operations and integrating primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, while innovatively expanding a "Supply Chain+" model and accelerating the development of a functional modern circulation strategic pivot city. By continuously improving the modern commercial circulation system and cultivating high-quality market entities, it aims to comprehensively upgrade circulation service capacity and core competitiveness.

Inside the intelligent automated cloud warehouse at the smart warehousing and logistics service center of Changda Group in Gu'an County, the company uses CTU material-box handling robots and AMR latent shelf-moving robots to achieve intelligent identification, precise sorting, and automated transfer of book products, greatly improving operational accuracy and throughput capacity and enabling it to handle larger-scale, more time-sensitive book warehousing and sorting business. Xie Yan, an automation project engineer at Changda Group, said the main highlights are high speed, high efficiency, stability, and accuracy. The efficiency generated by combining these two types of robots is more than three times that of conventional manual picking models. The smart cloud warehouse mainly focuses on intelligent splitting of scattered orders and immediate shipment, efficiently adapting to the rapid-dispatch needs of small and scattered e-commerce orders. The TOB outbound warehouse focuses on bulk order business for enterprises, handling the full process of goods stocking, quality verification, order grouping by category, intelligent packaging, and centralized loading. Relying on Gu'an's convenient transportation network, goods can be quickly shipped across the country. Wang Xuecheng, head of Changda Group's TOB shipping warehouse, said they currently ship about 60,000 books per day, roughly 5,000 orders, and employee efficiency is now about 6,000 books per person per day.

Like Changda, under the empowerment of "Logistics+," enterprises across the city are actively relying on technological innovation to improve quality and efficiency. The northern headquarters base of YTO Express has put into operation the world's first fully automated sorting line combining "flexible sorting + AI vision," with parcel processing speeds reaching 10 seconds per item, sorting accuracy as high as 99.99%, and daily processing capacity exceeding 10 million items. Through intelligent upgrading, STO Express's transfer center has shortened parcel transit time from 1.5 hours to 1 hour, improving efficiency by 50%, with its service network covering 72 logistics nodes in 28 provinces.

Today, the reach of "Logistics+" has extended into every field of the city's economic and social development, continuously releasing new vitality through deep integration with agriculture, manufacturing, and commercial services.

In the "Logistics + Agriculture" field, the city has vigorously developed rural e-commerce, cultivating a total of 94 Taobao villages and 43 Taobao towns, with annual express delivery volume for agricultural and sideline products reaching 28.208 million items. Dachang beef and mutton was recognized as a national gold medal project for postal and express delivery services supporting modern agriculture, and Sanhe City's "urban-rural public transport + rural logistics + postal express" model was selected in the first batch of the Ministry of Transport's "Rural Logistics Service Brands." The Xianghe County urban-rural express intelligent shared distribution center has achieved "shared warehousing, shared sorting, shared distribution, and shared transport" for six brands including "Santong Yida," greatly improving rural delivery efficiency. In addition, the city has accelerated the construction of cold storage and preservation facilities such as emergency supply assurance for fresh agricultural products in Yongqing, with cumulative investment of 82.31 million yuan to build 30 projects, adding 144,800 cubic meters of storage capacity, helping agricultural products sell at staggered peak times, reduce costs, and increase income. It has also continued to carry out the "Six Entries" campaign for branded agricultural products in Beijing, bringing high-quality agricultural and sideline products from Langfang to the tables of capital residents.

In the "Logistics + Manufacturing" field, the city is building smart logistics systems centered on robot applications, promoting deep integration of modern logistics technology with enterprises' intelligent transformation and digital upgrading, and supporting the upgrading of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry. In the "Logistics + Commercial Services" field, it is vigorously developing e-commerce, strengthening the county-level commercial system, accelerating cross-border e-commerce development, and guiding express delivery companies to add "park-entry express" services in key areas such as Yunshang Town and Gu'an International Trade City, making commercial circulation more efficient and convenient.

From intelligent distribution in factory workshops to agricultural products leaving villages in the fields; from goods flowing nationwide through commercial markets to the "air bridge" built around the airport economic zone, in Langfang, logistics is deeply connecting primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, becoming a core engine that links industrial chains and activates new momentum.
